Terms of Service

Effective July 8, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Hijack (the “Service”) at hijackpr.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Hijack provides tools to draft, target, and send press outreach, and to track engagement and replies. Features, including the optional Gmail integration, may change over time. Some features are offered on a beta or invite-only basis and may be modified or withdrawn.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • send spam, unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications;
  • violate any applicable law, including anti-spam and email regulations (such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR) governing your outreach;
  • infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or upload malicious code;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems, or abuse rate limits or integrations.

You are solely responsible for the content you send and for compliance of your outreach with applicable law.

4. Gmail and third-party services

If you connect Gmail, your use is also subject to Google’s terms, and our handling of Google data is described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect at any time. The Service integrates with third-party providers; we are not responsible for their services.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and design, is owned by Hijack and its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service and provide the features you use.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any outreach will achieve a particular result.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hijack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
